Returns Policy

You may return most new,
unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. It will be customer responsibility to take care of items during this period so they remain in saleable condition. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other circumstances customer will have to pay for delivery charge. We may charge 20% re-stocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

All shipping to mainland England and Wales is FREE, subject to a minimum £500 purchase.

For shipping costs to Scotland and the Highlands and Islands please continue with your purchase and we will contact you directly with an accurate shipping rate for your consignment. With this FREE delivery service we are not able to provide a specific delivery date as the delivery company routinely visit different parts of the UK generally the same days each week. The service is not an express service. Our recommended carrier aims to collect and to deliver within England and Wales within 21 days of payment having been received for the delivery. Scotland and Ireland may take slightly longer. But generally the service is well inside 21 days. This service is kerbside and therefore delivery staff are not expected to carry goods through awkward passages or up flights of stairs. It is not expected to be asked to assemble or dismantle items unless expressly booked prior to delivery. There will usually only be one driver on the van. He will need assistance with delivery for larger items. There will normally be an additional charge for re-delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
